Punkrock-Kultklassiker „brutal verschimmelt“ geht mit einer neuen LP zum vierten Mal auf Deutschlandtour. 
„brutal verschimmelt“ gründeten sich im Frühjahr 1981 im Kempten/Allgäu. Mit damals lediglich 20 Auftritten sind sie kaum über das Allgäu hinausgekommen. Nach ihrer ersten LP 1983 haben sie sich bereits 1984 wieder aufgelöst. Dennoch hat sich die Ende1983 veröffentlichte LP der Kemptner Punkband "brutal verschimmelt" zu einem heimlichen Klassiker in der deutschen Punkrockszene entwickelt. 
Die aktuelle vierte Deutschland-Tour 2024 mit einer neuen LP führt die ex-Allgäuer Band, die es bis 1984 nur ein Mal über den Weißwurstäquator schaffte, wieder durchganz Deutschland. Sänger Max kommt hierfür extra aus Kalifornien/USA nach Deutschland und Gitarrist Klaus „Kölsi“ aus Berlin. Die Band trifft sich Anfang Oktober mit Basser Carlo und Drummer Norm in Hannover. Dort wird zwei Tage gemeinsam live geprobt und ab 10. Oktober starten die ersten Gigs.
Im Jahr 2024 sind sie – fast 44 Jahre nach ihrer Gründung und nach Deutschland-Touren 2013,2014 und 2022 – für weitere Termine in Deutschland unterwegs. 
Ausgelöst hatte dieses „brutal verschimmelt“-Revival die Wiederveröffentlichung ihrerLP im Februar 2013 auf Höhnie Records – fast 30 Jahre nach ihrer Auflösung 1984. 
Dies animierte die in alle Welt verstreuten Musiker zu einer vermeintlichen LP-Release- und Abschiedstournee. Die Untoten hatten Blut geleckt und waren wieder da.

The mesmerizing vocals are reflected in the brutal influence of The Cramps, Dead Kennedys and Nick Cave. Examples that make the enthusiast wag the tail like a hissing fuse.

Both rockabilly and rock fans can indulge themselves with the high-speed energy of this trio.

A five-man rock band from China, based in Chengdu. Formed in 2010, the band was invited as a guest for the legendary British New wave band New Order on their European tour in 2019. 

STOLEN has the wild and sexy nature of traditional rock music, while blending the sanity and restraint of electronic music. Their high-energy sound integrated techno, darkwave, and post-punk influences, is both introspective, exploratory and irresistibly danceable. 

Remolding the rock band configuration into a hyper-synchronized dance engine, with a highly explosive audio and handcrafted-visual live performance, STOLEN has a strong recognition and a high degree of aesthetic unity in sound, vision and scene, is undoubtedly one of the leaders of indie rock scene in China.

Timmy Vulgar, Detroit’s favorite son, and most ambitiously amphibious creative force doesn’t need much of an introduction to anyone familiar with subversive punk music over the past two decades. He’s been such an irreplaceable figure in each of his musical endeavors since his emergence in such legendary acts such as the EPILEPTIX back in the late 90's. CLONE DEFECTS then right up through his shape-shifting efforts in the mollusk-like HUMAN EYE and the prog-soaked REPTILE FORCEFIELD, and straight into his latest nerve-numbing scatterbomb known simply as TIMMY'S ORGANISM. We’ve been lucky to have bore witness to Timmy’s metamorphosis many times over during these crazy years, and with this unit coming as close as it gets to his coined style of music - "Acid Punk" - you the listener, can get an intimate encounter to vacuuming up the pieces of Mr. Vulgar’s shattered heart.
It’s a daily inspiration, as has been everything Timmy has touched ever since. Sure it’s not for everybody, and that’s what makes the dimly lit underground punk world so exciting, and worth risking your life and your livelihood for, over and over again. THE DARTS formed in 2016 with the goal of making great all-girl garage-rock noise, see the world, and have a fab slumber party every night. We threw on some vintage black slips, threw off our shoes, and set out on the adventure. The lineup is: Nicole Laurenne (vocals/organ), Meliza Jackson (guitar), Christina Nunez (bass), and Mary Rose Gonzales (drums). 

In the first year, we put out two self-produced EPs, signed with Dirty Water Records (UK), and released our first full-length vinyl release, Me.Ow (2017 Dirty Water Records). We headed to Europe a bunch of times and never wanted to come home. Dirty Water re-released the first two EPs as a second full-length vinyl, The Darts (2017 Dirty Water Records) and we toured all over the U.S. with great bands like The Living End and Billie Joe Armstrong’s The Longshot. Our idols started noticing, including author Stephen King, actors Drew Carey and Fred Armisen, and punk legends Jello Biafra and Blag Dahlia, sometimes even coming to shows and getting on stage with us. Two years into the project, we were on bigger European stages like Sjock fest, Cosmic Trip, and Roots n Roses, with acts like Turbonegro, The Flaming Lips, and The Dead Kennedys.

In 2018, Jello Biafra signed us to his label, Alternative Tentacles and released our first 7-inch Bullet and then our third full-length record, I Like You But Not Like That (2018 Alternative Tentacles Records), at a packed Punk Rock Bowling appearance in Las Vegas. We then went on an unforgettable US tour with The Damned. We performed at US festivals with bands like Rancid and L7, had songs placed on top tv shows like Peaky Blinders, got great reviews in Rolling Stone, and made a stop at Mexico City’s Hipnosis Fest. Even during the pandemic, things didn’t stop. Vox hosted an Instagram Live show garnering over fifty thousand views, we played Punk Rock Bowling 2022, made our debut at Seattle’s Freakout Fest, recorded a 7-inch for Adrenalin Fix Music in Europe, and, in 2022, took our EP Love Tsunami on tour all over the US and Europe and performed on the legendary KEXP Sessions. 

In 2023, Alternative Tentacles released Snake Oil, our fourth full-length record, funded entirely by fans. Snake Oil was co-produced by Jello Biafra himself and got rave reviews worldwide. The summer of 2023 saw a massive 10-
week European tour with special European versions of Snake Oil, we had sold-out shows in Madrid, London, Cherbourg, Edinburgh, and many more amazing places, and played Munster Raving Looney Party, Relache Fest, Festival Beat, Loungefest, Muehlen Madness, and Freakout Fest. We quickly sold out the first pressings of the new record in both the US and Europe in two months and second pressings were rushed out on both continents. 

In the midst of all of this action, we went back into the studio with legendary producer Mark Rains in Los Angeles and.. our next full-length album, Boomerang, is due out in Spring 2024 on Alternative Tentacles.

Formed in 2009, the band quickly gained a reputation for their dynamic and powerful stage presence, subsequently spending the past several years touring extensively through
the U.K. and mainland Europe.
