Releasing their debut Q: EP? A: EP!! in April 2023 and the first album AGITPROP HOTLINE!! in May 2024, Goblin Daycare makes what internet peoplepunks like to call 𝓮𝓰𝓰 𝓹𝓾𝓷𝓴. While everything is recorded solo by Mama Goblin at an undisclosed location, Eylül Eskicioğlu (keyboards), Bora Yavrucuk (guitar) and Teoman Yavaş (bass) make up the merry live band of jolly goblins that is Goblin Daycare. With their unmistakable lo-fidelty/hi-voltage synth punk nonsense, lightning in a bottle live performances and kinda fruity, almost romantic love for each other, GD proves that punk doesn't have to be made by bitter old dudes who still think crusty battle jackets are the coolest thing to happen since that one time Darby Crash decided to get a mohawk.

 

Der Sound der Apokalypse. Mit Texten über Umweltzerstörung, Krieg, Technologie und Kapitalismus trifft die Musik genauso hart wie die Zeiten. Ein Love-Child von The Dead Kennedys und King Crimson mit Propagandhi und Fugazi. Die Musik ist vielfältig, aber die Nachricht ist klar: Alles muss sich ändern.
